Proposed Itinerary

Day 1: ISTANBUL

Arrive Istanbul - Upon arrival at Ataturk Airport, our transfer man will meet and transfer us to our hotel. Istanbul is a major city in Turkey that straddles Europe and Asia across the Bosphorus Strait. Its Old City reflects cultural influences of the many empires that once ruled here. In the Sultanahmet district, the open-air, Roman-era Hippodrome was for centuries the site of chariot races, and Egyptian obelisks also remain. The iconic Byzantine Hagia Sophia features a soaring 6th-century dome and rare Christian mosaics. We have free time at leisure for the rest of the day. Evening – Enjoy Bosphorus Dinner Cruise: includes dinner, unlimited local drinks, round transfers. Overnight in Hotel – Istanbul

Day 2: ISTANBUL CITY TOUR

After breakfast, hotel pick up for comprehensive City tour - Visit the most important popular sites of Istanbul in one full day tour. St. Sofya, Byzantine Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace (Harem is not included in the program and visit is due to extra entrance fee.) and Grand Bazaar. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel. An enchanted night cruise starts while you sip your welcome drink as the sun sets on İstanbul. Beneath the Bosphorus Bridge by moonlight, glide past the Çırağan Palace, nowadays Hotel Kempinski, Dolmabahçe Palace on Europen shores and the Beylerbeyi Palace, Kanlica and Anatolia Fortress on Asian shores. A rich variety of open buffet dishes, specialities of Turkish Cuisine and barbeque, unlimited local drinks. The twinkling lights of the European shores Tarabya to Bebek. After the dinner you will be transfer back to hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3: ISTANBUL CITY TOUR

Includes – Breakfast - Lunch - Pick up at 08:30 am from your hotel for the tour of old Istanbul city. - CITY WALLS The first breach of the walls was by the Fourth Crusade in 1204, the second by the cannons and troops of Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror in 1453. DRIVE BY BUS TO GOLDEN HORN As a natural and extremely secure harbor, the Golden Horn has played an important role in the development of Istanbul. The inlet separates the European shore into two. It is approximately 8 km long, and the widest part is the entrance from the Bosphorus. Two streams drain into this inlet at its far end. SPICE BAZAAR (EGYPTIAN BAZAAR) The air here is filled with the enticing aromas of cinnamon, caraway, saffron, mint, thyme and every other conceivable herb and spice. THE RUMELI FORTRESS (FROM THE SEA) (NO INTERIOR VISIT) İstanbul had been besieged many times before Mehmet the Conqueror took the city in 1453, but it managed to defend itself with the help of the Roman city walls.

Day 4: ISTANBUL – PAMUKKALE (Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner)

After breakfast depart for Istanbul Ataturk or Sabiha Gokcen Airport for domestic flight to Pamukkale. Transfer from airport and check in to your hotel. Pamukkale - is a town in western Turkey known for the mineral-rich thermal waters flowing down white travertine terraces on a nearby hillside. It neighbors Hierapolis, an ancient Roman spa city founded around 190 B.C. Ruins there include a well-preserved theater and a necropolis with sarcophagi that stretch for 2km. The Antique Pool is famous for its submerged Roman columns, the result of an earthquake. Overnight in Pamukkale

Day 5: EPHESUS TOUR (Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner)

First, we will visit Artemis Temple, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, standing today next to Ephesus antique city. Then we will drive to Ephesus. Ephesus was one of the most important harbor cities in antique world and also it is mentioned in the book of Revelations as one of the seven churches. Also, Celsus Library and theater in Ephesus are the other highlights. In Ephesus we will see, Celcus Library, Temple of Hadrian, the fountain of Trajan and the Theater. We will have lunch in a local Turkish restaurant and drive to Virgin Mary’s house. Overnight in Kusadasi

Day 6: KUSADASI – CAPPADOCIA (Breakfast – Dinner)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to take a flight to Cappadocia. Cappadocia, a semi-arid region in central Turkey, is known for its distinctive “fairy chimneys,” tall, cone-shaped rock formations clustered in Monks Valley, Göreme and elsewhere. Other notable sites include Bronze Age homes carved into valley walls by troglodytes (cave dwellers) and later used as refuges by early Christians. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia

Day 7: CAPPADOCIA (Breakfast –Lunch – Dinner)

Optional – Hot Air Ballooning Experience (USD 175 per Adult) Depart from your hotel to visit Devrent Valley to see the unique fairy-chimneys. Drive to Pasabag (Monk's Valley) to see the most interesting mushroom-shaped pinnacles. Drive to the city of Avanos. In the afternoon visit another beautiful open-air museum at Goreme where the remains of rock-cut churches and Christian settlements date back hundreds of years. Lastly, before returning to your hotel, visit the natural castles at Uchisar. Overnight in Cappadocia

Day 8: DEPARTURE
