ITINERAY

Day 1: LISBON Arrival:

Arrive Lisbon. Meet with your driver and Transfer to hotel. Check-in to your hotel. Lisbon is Portugal’s hilly, coastal capital city. From imposing São Jorge Castle, the view encompasses the old city’s pastel-colored buildings, Tagus Estuary and Ponte 25 de Abril suspension bridge. Nearby, the National Azulejo Museum displays 5 centuries of decorative ceramic tiles. Just outside Lisbon is a string of Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril Evening Optional Experience for - Fado Show Enjoy the unforgettable experience of a live Fado concert and discover the music that expresses the true soul of Portugal. After being picked up from your accommodation, you will be driven around the center of Lisbon, where you can see the main avenues, ancient squares and picturesque streets of this beautiful city. There will be time for a short walking tour around Alfama.

Day 2: LISBON – GUIDED DAY TRIP TO SINTRA

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Full Day Tour - Village of Sintra, (Entrance payable Directly) Sintra National Palace, and Pena Palace and gardens with Hotel Pick up -Start your day at the Sintra Historical Center, with an introduction to this world heritage site. Wander the villa’s medieval streets, and feel like you’ve stepped into a fairy tale. Enjoy free time visiting the Village of Sintra and Sintra National Palace, once home of Portugal’s kings. Continue onto Pena Palace, where you can explore the palace and its gardens. Enjoy a stunning view over the Atlantic Ocean and Sintra National Park, one of Portugal’s seven wonders and one of the major expressions of 19th-century Romanticism. Travel through the park, glimpsing its rare fauna, distinctive trees, Moorish Castle, Monserrate Palace, and chalets. After that is the Praça do Comércio, the largest square in Lisbon and also one of the most iconic symbols of the city and it was rebuild after the great earthquake of 1755. Day 4: Lisbon – LAGOS

Buffet breakfast at the hotel, Check out and take a train to LAGOS (One Change) Arrive Lagos – private car transfer to Hotel Lagos is a busy coastal town in the Algarve that has all the things people love about the region. There are beaches of all descriptions, from long sandy bays to tiny coves walled by ochre-coloured cliffs. These rocks create a breathtaking scene at Ponta da Piedade, where the bluffs and obelisks are riddled with caves and arches and the sea is a clear emerald colour. Lagos is a bustling town full of activity, nightlife and modern attractions. However, it is also a town full of history and the monuments and architecture which take us back to the many different peoples who have settled here and the many maritime adventure which have started in Lagos' impressive natural harbour. The nearby beaches are among the best in the region and the rocky headland of Ponta da Piedade is outstandingly beautiful. For the younger visitor there are various water parks offering exciting rides and a zoo that offers the opportunity to swim with dolphins. Within the town, sunset marks the onset of much liveliness with street entertainers and buskers enhancing the general array of bars and clubs typical of an Algarve resort. The Zoomarine family theme park in Guia, close to Albufeira, is one establishment that have decided to extend its working schedule. Zoomarine combines the attraction of a water park with the enchantment of an aquarium, where besides pure fun you will also learn a lot. Visiting it outside summer season means you will be able to enjoy most of the shows and rides without the crowds. The same goes for the water park Slide & Splash, another attraction that has decided to stay open for longer than usual this year and where outside of the summer you will not be faced with extended queues. Apart from these, both the Krazy Word, a zoo where it is also possible to play paintball or crazy golf, and Lagos Zoo are open throughout the entire year for families to spend a great day. Take the opportunity to discover the local animals such as the endangered and secluded Iberian Lynx. Winter also has the advantage of being the best season for surfing. Whether you are an experienced surfer, or just starting, the Algarve has some of the best waves in the world. Giant swells for the most daring hearts and small waves with a lot of foam for the beginners make this a popular stop for people wanting to give it a go or for professional surfers looking for the next big heat.

Day 5: Lagos
