Proposed Itinerary

Day 1: Madrid - Arrival

Upon arrival in Madrid , private car transfer to your Hotel. Welcome to the Capital of Spain, At Arrival transfer, with English speaking driver. Evening free to spend time at the Gran Via. Madrid, Spain's central capital, is a city of elegant boulevards and expansive, manicured parks such as the Buen Retiro. It’s renowned for its rich repositories of European art, including the Prado Museum’s works by Goya, Velázquez and other Spanish masters. The heart of old Hapsburg Madrid is the portico-lined Plaza Mayor, and nearby is the baroque Royal Palace and Armory, displaying historic weaponry. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Madrid- Guided City Tour with Royal Palace.

Breakfast. Proceed to enjoy City tour of Madrid with Royal Palace As the capital of Spain, Madrid is a city of great cultural and political importance. A complete vision of Madrid will be reached at the end of this tour. Having a panoramic sightseeing of the old part of the city. So we will also approach the façade of the Royal Palace, the 18th century left its neoclassical mark on the splendid Royal Palace complex, the Sabatini Gardens and Campo del Moro, located in the city centre. The church of San Francisco El Grande, the fountains of Paseo del Prado, the Toledo Bridge, the Prado Museum, and Puerta de Alcalá are also good examples of this splendid style. Day 3: Madrid - Canary

After breakfast check out and private car transfer to airport - Flight to Tenerife Tenerife is the largest of Spain’s Canary Islands, off West Africa. It's dominated by Mt. Teide, a dormant volcano that is Spain's tallest peak. Tenerife may be best known for its Carnaval de Santa Cruz, a huge pre-Lent festival with parades, music, dancing and colorful costumes. The island has many beaches (with sands from yellow to black) and resort areas, including Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas.

Day 4: Tenerife

After breakfast day is free or you may explore the the Island Mount Teide is a volcano on Tenerife in the Canary Islands, Spain. Its 3,718-metre summit is the highest point in Spain and the highest point above sea level in the islands of the Atlantic. Playa de las Américas is an upscale resort on the southwest coast of Tenerife, the largest of Spain’s Canary Islands. It’s known for its natural and man-made beaches, lively surf and vibrant nightlife. Avenida las Américas is lined with shops and restaurants. Arona Pyramid auditorium stages flamenco shows. To the north, vast Siam Park water park has slides and artificial waves. Whales and dolphins swim offshore. Loro Parque or 'Loro Park' is a 13.5-hectare zoo on the outskirts of Crossport or Puerto de la Cruz on Tenerife, Spain where it houses an extensive and diverse reserve of animal and plant species

Day 5: Tenrife Day free

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy - Jet - Ski, Underwater Sports at the Beach. Nestled in a great plateau we will see the remains of spectacular volcanic eruptions leading to this great volcano, one of the biggest volcanoes of the world. Our drivers are eager to drive through the typical villages of the area, showing you the most unique corners of the island's geography and its people: Vilaflor, the highest village of Spain, Masca with the typical hamlets. At each stop, we will inform you about the places you are visiting, and you will discover exciting stories and amazing details. And of course, there will always be enough time to enjoy a nice meal (not included) before we continue the route. Visit Masca, located in the Macizo de Teno, northwest point of the island, a town with deep ravines and cliffs.

Day 6: Tenrife - Barcelona - Flamenco Show

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Afternoon check out and private car transfer to Airport - Flight to Barcelona Upon arrival in Barcelona, meet your driver and transfer to your Hotel.Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Spain’s Catalonia region, is known for its art and architecture. The fantastical Sagrada Família church and other modernist landmarks designed by Antoni Gaudí dot the city. Museu Picasso and Fundació Joan Miró feature modern art by their namesakes. City history museum MUHBA, includes several Roman archaeological sitesRest of the day is free at leisure to visit La Ramblas – the most happening street in the city. This evening you may try visiting the Plaza Espana for Amazing Musical Fountain Show – on Friday and Saturday – Timing 1900 HRS - 2030 HRS. Day 7: Barcelona - City Tour - Barcelona Highlights

Buffet breakfast and, in the morning, proceed for Barcelona Highlights- In Barcelona, history and traditions go hand in hand with emerging fashion and new trends in cuisine, culture and art. Barcelona offers the possibility to enjoy the sea as well as the mountains. Julia Travel proposes an itinerary that will allow you to enjoy the most emblematic sights the city has to offer. We will start with a sightseeing tour by bus that will take you up the elegant Passeig de Gràcia, where you will see the most famous Gaudi houses, casa Batlló and La casa Milà (La Pedrera) as well as other majestic buildings of the Modernism era. We will take you to the sea where you will be able to admire the intense changes the city underwent with the organization of the Olympic Games in 1992. You will drive by the Arc of the Triomf, Ciutadela Park, the Olympic Village, the Olympic Port, the beach and the fisherman’s quarter, called Barceloneta, the Port Vell, Plaza (square) de Colon with its famous Columbus monument, indicating which way he sailed to discover the Americas. This point is also the beginning of the famous Ramblas of Barcelona. We will continue the visit driving up Montjuïc where we will make a short stop in the Olympic Stadium Lluís Companys. We will continue driving uphill towards Montjuïc Castle where you will enjoy a cable car ride with precious views of the city. The bus will pick you up at the last station and we will continue our Montjuïc visit passing by the sports facilities built for the 1992 Olympic Games: the Lluís Companys stadium, the Palau Sant Jordi, the Olympic swimming pool Picornell until we get to the Spanish Village. We will visit this charming place where you will admire a collection of traditional buildings from all over Spain, and a demonstration of a selection of the handcrafts made in this country. After the visit of the Spanish village, we will leave the Montjuïc behind and go back into the city center. During the drive back to the city center you will be able to admire the Venetian Towers, the Montjuïc fountains, the MNAC and Las Arenas Shopping Mall rebuilt over the ancient bull ring. We will arrive at the Plaza de Catalunya, the starting point of the guided walking tour of the old city center. Our guide will take you to the Ramblas, Cathedral Square, through the narrow streets of the Gothic quarter and Sant Jaume square where the City hall and the headquarters of the Catalonian government are located. At 3 PM - OPTIONAL TOUR for FAST TRACK” GUIDED TOUR SAGRADA FAMILIA (EUR 35 per person) Barcelona is known as the capital of Modernism and the place where the famous architect Antoni Gaudí worked and lived. Gaudi, one of the greatest innovators of his time, left behind numerous treasures in Barcelona for the discerning tourist to discover. The Sagrada Familia is one of the most visited buildings in the world. We will visit the astonishing interior of this Basilica, where vaults reach seventy meters. Antoni Gaudí designed a Latin cross plan with five aisles, extremely rich in ornamentation and symbolism. We will also visit the Sagrada Familia museum, where you will see an exhibition of drawings, plaster models and pictures about the history and development of this basilica from its early beginnings to the present day.
