Day 3:

Transfer by bus to chillar river(about 1h drive) walking route 2 chillar river

This is one of the most surprising and pleasant routes that may be made. Tracing a river through its channel,between marble, profuse vegetation along its banks, and the murmur of water, it is difficult to describe. What is surprising is the fact that the chillar river has always water along the route and, moreover, its flow has minimal variation all year round. In this path, we find the famous cahorros (corridors of rock over 60 meters high and 300 meters long, pierced by the river and covered with vegetation), whose beauty is overwhelming impossible to describe, even with pictures. Río verde (green river) this route passes through the sierras de Almijara, tejeda and alhama naturalpark of the province of Granada. The route has an ascending profile with stunning views. Thanks to the suspension bridges, lookouts, waterfalls and fantasticlittle pools this is one of the most spectacular route in this natural park. The length of this route is 5 km, in a medium to high difficulty and estimated time it’s about 4 hours walking. Return to hotel. Over night at Granada

Transfer by bus to güéjar sierra(about 20 minutes drive)

Walking route 4 - güéjar sierra –cerro el calar (güéjar

Mountain – el calar hill)

It’s a steep walk up from güéjarsierra to the civil war trenches on the ridge just below cerro el calar, but you are rewarded for your efforts with wonderful views of all of the high peaks of the sierra nevada, from picón de jerez in the east, to cerro del caballo in the west. The route continues up over cerro el calar itself before heading back down to güéjar past lush meadows andsome Interesting rock formations.
